FIRST-LINE SUPERVISORS NEEDED Harvester needs 5 First-Line Supervisors, 11-18-18 to 05-31-19 The employer is Statewide Har vesting & Hauling, Inc. Workers will be paid $14.00-$16.00 per hour depending on experience. Worksites are located in DeSoto, Hardee, Hernando, Highlands, Hillsborough, Lake, Manatee, Marion, Okeechobee, Orange, Pasco, Polk, Sarasota, and St. Lucie Counties, Florida. Two verifiable months of supervisory or quality control experience in commercial agriculture in fruit or vegetable fields are required. Employer will provide transportation to all groves from the designated pick-up location. Employer will guarantee the opportunity for work for the hourly equivalent of 3/4th of the hours of the work period. The employer will provide the tools necessary to perform the described job duties without charge to the worker. Housing will be provided for individual work- ers outside normal commuting distance. For workers residing beyond normal commuting distances, reasonable transporta tion and subsistence expenses will be provided or paid by the employer after completion of 50% of the work period.
