PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The City of Starkville, Mississippi will hold a Public Hear- ing on Tuesday, November 12, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at the City Hall Board Room, in accordance with regulations established by the Mississippi Development Authority The of this meeting is to inform the public as to purpose the status of the City's Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) public facilities project involving sewer improvements to construct a wastewater collection and disposal system in an area not currently being served in the vicinity of Roundhouse Road. In order to affirm Fair Housing, information will be provided of the City's efforts to promote Fair Housing in accordance with Title V of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. All persons are encouraged to attend.
