PUBLIC NOTICE The City of Starkville Sanitation & Environmental Services Dept. will start issuing garbage bags to the Residential customers of Starkville on Saturday, November 17th until all Residential customers has received bags. On November 26th, All Non-Residential customers, Apartment Complexes, and Businesses can started coming to the Sanitation Department to pick-up garbage bags. All Non-Residential customers must bring a copy of their Utilities Bill from Starkville Utilities to be able to pick up their garbage bags at the Sanitation & Environmental Services Office.
