PUBLIC NOTICE It is that time of year again Apartments and Business Owners City of Starkville Environmental Services Department will distribute 2019 Garbage Bags on October 22, 2019 thru March 2, 2020 To all Apartments & Businesses in the City of Starkville ALL Apartments & Businesses MUST report to the City of Starkville Environmental Ser- vices Department The building is located at 506 Dr. D. L. Conner Drive to receive garbage bags. All Apartments must bring a copy of their recent Utility Bill in order to pick-up garbage bags.
