Kenhedy Neal Announces His Candidacy For Justice Court Judge Kennedy Neal has filed his qualifying papers seeking election as District Two (2) Justice Court Judge in Oktibbeha County, Mississippi. Kennedy Neal was born and raised in Starkville. Kennedy has been married to Elzena Chandler for 33 years, and they have three (3) sons Kennedy is currently employed at OCH Regional Medical Center as the Director of Environmental Services and has been with the hospital for over 34 years. He is a member of New Beginnings Fellowship Ministry and currently serves as a Deacon in the Church. Kennedy is a community minded, forward-thinking, family-oriented individual with experience as a proven leader. Kennedy served on the George M. Bryan Airport Board for eight (8) years. He is a member of the Greater Starkville Development Partnership. Kennedy is also a member of the City of Starkville Race-Relations Committee established in 1999 for two (2) years Kennedy was a member of the Helping Hands Board for three (3) years Kennedy believes that his experience in dealing with people with a sense of fairness, honesty and conviction as a department director at OCH makes him the right choice for the position of judge. Kennedy Neal is a man of integrity and humility and has a great understanding of the effect his decisions as judge can have on the lives of those coming before him in court. Kennedy wants to encourage each of you to vote "Kennedy Neal for Justice Court Judge District 2" on August 6, 2019. Like Kennedy says, "Together we can work to make this community that we proudly call home a safer place. I believe that I am a person who accepts responsibility for my decisions, as well as my actions and I ask you the citizens of Oktibbeha County to entrust me with the tremendous responsibility of being Justice Court judge. I want to focus on improving the speed and efficiency with which we handle matters in court without sacrificing the fairness and consistency of the process or losing the personal attention that each individual case deserves.
